Terms of service
Last updated 9 September 2026.
Who we are
Manu Essence operates this shop. We are a family workshop in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. These terms apply when you browse, create an account, or place an order.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it. We may refuse or cancel an order if we cannot make it, if details are incomplete, or if we suspect fraud. Custom and private-label work is made to order after you approve proof.
Accounts
You are responsible for the email and password on your account and for orders placed with it. Keep that login to yourself.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency for your region. Shipping and taxes are calculated at checkout. Payment is taken when you place the order, unless we say otherwise for a wholesale job.
Intellectual property
The manū name, site copy, and our photos are ours. Logo artwork you send us remains yours; you grant us the right to print it on the goods you ordered.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and Canada. Courts in Alberta have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law in your country says otherwise.
