Where are you located?
Our workshop is in Calgary, Canada.
Where are your products made?
Every single product is handcrafted in-house at our studio in Calgary, Alberta. Because we produce everything ourselves—from scent formulation to custom branding—we strictly control every step of the process to ensure highest quality.
Do you offer product samples, and are sample fees refunded?
Yes! We offer samples so you can evaluate the quality firsthand. The sample cost is fully refunded once you place your first minimum wholesale order of 50 units or more, making this process completely risk-free for you.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the United States and Canada. Best of all, we offer free shipping on all orders.
Do US customers need to pay extra customs duties on orders from Canada?
No, products made in Canada enter the US duty-free under the CUSMA / USMCA agreement. Since all our products are handcrafted in our Calgary studio, we provide the required origin documentation and commercial paperwork so your order clears customs without unexpected customs duties or tariffs.
Who pays for customs brokerage fees when shipping from Canada to the United States?
You don’t have to worry about it! All customs brokerage fees are fully included in our free shipping to the United States, so there are no hidden costs or surprises upon delivery.

Are your products certified, and do you provide safety documentation for retail?
Yes, we provide all required regulatory documentation for retail sales upon request, including Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and IFRA (International Fragrance Association) certificates for all our car diffuser formulations.

What is the minimum order for Custom Branded Car Diffusers?
You can order custom car diffusers featuring your logo engraved on the wooden cap, along with custom-labeled packaging, starting at just 50 units.
Can I order under the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We aren't able to go under the minimum order quantities/amount and keep wholesale pricing. You can, however, order samples without having to meet our MOQ. You can order samples here: Sample Kits
What is the lead time?
Production time depends on the total quantity of car diffusers in your order. You can view the specific estimated production timeframe directly inside each listing. Please note that transit and shipping times are separate from production lead times. What is the cancellation policy? + Change requests
Because every order is custom-made with your unique logo and specifications, cancellations or modifications must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order (or before artwork proof approval). Once production, laser engraving, or material preparation has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
What is the return policy?
Since every order is customized just for your business, we can’t accept returns or issue refunds. Once you approve the design and production begins, orders cannot be changed or canceled.
