Shipping policy

Where we ship

We make goods in Calgary and ship to Canada and the United States. Rates and transit times are shown at checkout. We do not offer store pickup on this shop.

Lead times

Ready kits typically leave within a few business days. Custom private-label work is typically two to three weeks from proof approval. Busy periods can add time; we will write if that happens.

Customs

Orders to the United States: our car diffusers are exempt from import duties under the USMCA / CUSMA agreement between Canada and the United States. We cannot control how long a border hold lasts.

Wrong address

Check the address before you place the order. Return-to-sender because of a wrong or incomplete address is at your cost. Write to us if you need to change an address before the parcel leaves.
